When artwork is received, your proof will be sent to you within 7 days for your approval.  Proof will show item, quantity, size, color, suggested layout, typestyles, designs, and ink color. You can add, delete, change or approve the proof.  

Once you APPROVE the proof, production is scheduled.  Normal turn around time for initial orders is 2-4 weeks.  Repeat orders normally can be done in 1-2 weeks.

Once you approve your proof, your credit card will be billed.  Sorry, no C.O.D.  No cancellations, returns or refunds are allowed on Custom Printed product.

Orders will be shipped COMPLETE to one address at one time in the most direct, economical way.  SAVE Time!  We can break your order up and drop ship to multiple locations for an additional shipping fee.
