Fraud Prevention Measures
UPS must be able to deliver to the
address on the Internet Order. Signatures are required on all
deliveries to a Business Address or Expedited Shipments.
Address Routing Changes and Pick up
request for a UPS facility are not allowed and will result in the
order being returned. The buyer will then be responsible for all
shipping fees, return fees and intercept fees charged by UPS.
Use of this website deems
the buyer knowledgeable and in acceptance of all Terms, Policies and
Procedures.

If your order has not
arrived, arrived incomplete, or arrived damaged, please contact UPS
immediately at 1-800-PICKUPS
Discount Coffee.com uses UPS as
their delivery agent and is not responsible for lost or damaged
packages. UPS must be contacted and a claim reported in order for
Discount Coffee.com to reship damaged or missing product. Reports of
damage or missing will only be considered if reported within 48 hours of initial
receipt of package.

Office Priority Mail Please read above
notice involving US Post Office Priority Mail deliveries. Military
deliveries are un-insurable and not guaranteed delivery packages. Some
countries do not allow insurance or tracking on US Post Office packages.
