Peanut Butter Popcorn Bars
Creamy peanut butter with candy syrup mixture to coat popcorn and chocolate covered peanuts
Makes: 24 servings (1 bar each)

Ingredients:
PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
1 bag (2.75 ounces) ACT II® Butter Microwave Popcorn (4.5 cups popped)
2/3 cup Peter Pan® Creamy Peanut Butter
2/3 cup light corn syrup
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup milk chocolate double covered peanuts

Directions:
Spray 13x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Prepare popcorn according to package directions. Remove all unpopped kernels. Place into extra-large bowl sprayed with cooking spray; set aside

Combine peanut butter, syrup and sugar in 8-cup glass measure. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after every minute or until mixture boils and sugar is dissolved. Let mixture cool 3 minutes.

Pour peanut butter mixture over popped corn; toss gently with two wooden spoons, sprayed with cooking spray, until popcorn is coated evenly. Quickly stir in chocolate peanuts, before chocolate melts. Pat mixture evenly into bottom of prepared pan.

Cool completely before cutting into 24 bars

Polka Dot Popcorn Balls
Melted marshmallows combine with gelatin to add flavor to popcorn dotted with gumdrops
Makes: 14 servings (1 popcorn ball each)

Ingredients:
1 bag (3 ounces) ACT II® Butter Microwave Popcorn (11.5 cups popped)
PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
2 cups miniature marshmallows
2 tablespoons Fleischmann’s® Original-stick
2 tablespoons fruit-flavored powdered gelatin
1 cup assorted fruit flavored gumdrops

Directions:
Prepare popcorn according to package directions. Remove all unpopped kernels. Place popcorn in large bowl sprayed with cooking spray.

Place marshmallows and Fleischmann’s in 8-cup glass measure or large microwave-safe glass bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are melted and smooth when stirred. Add powdered gelatin, stirring constantly until well blended

Pour mixture over popped corn. Add gumdrops and gently toss to evenly coat.

Spray hands with cooking spray, quickly roll into 1-1/2-inch balls. Allow to set about 1/2 hour before enjoying. Store in airtight container.
