UPS to Canada shipping rates calculated by the shopping cart do not include charges for customs clearance. Customs brokerage charges, duties, and taxes will be billed to the customer. These charges are due upon delivery and/or may be billed to the customer after delivery.
All shipments being imported into Canada are subject to inspection by the CBSA or other government agencies. So you may find that your packing box has been opened and resealed after inspection.
For Canadian orders, please check your local rules and regulations about all customs and brokerage fees, duties, taxes, and restrictions that are imposed on goods imported into your country. Please note that all the shipping related fees mentioned above are the responsibility of the recipient, not Discount Coffee.com, Inc. If you refuse delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties or taxes imposed by your country, DiscountCoffee.com will have to pay them for you, pay for the return shipping or abandon the package. All the costs incurred by DiscountCoffee.com will be charged back to you. Refunds are not eligible for packages refused due to your country’s fees or brokerage fees.

Fees, Taxes, and Restrictions:
Please keep in mind that your government or another entity in your country may impose a charge for custom and/or brokerage fees, duties and taxes on items received from the US. These charges do not originate from our company nor do we benefit from them in any way. You are responsible for payment of all custom and brokerage fees, duties and taxes that may be imposed when these goods are imported into your country. Since these fees will vary from country to country, we do not know what your fees will be and advise you to contact your local government customs agent to determine the rate for the products you would like to purchase. To avoid a delay in receiving your product from customs, be sure that you provide us with a phone number where you can be reached when your product arrives.
Currency:
All prices on our site are in US dollars. If you are a non-US customer, your credit card company will normally convert your order total from US dollars to your local currency on your credit card statement. You can check the current exchange rate at this site: http://www.xe.com.
Order Verification:
The security of our customer's information is important to us. We reserve the right to verify all order details prior to order processing. This includes the use of third party data resources as well as our own internal security, information and verification procedures.
Address Verification:
Please double check your shipping address information before completing your order. Inaccurate Addresses can cause delivery delays.
Package Intercepts:
Any request that requires UPS to intercept your package such as a change of address, return to sender, reschedule of delivery or HOLD at a UPS location, while the package is in transit will be subject to UPS surcharges. There is a $20.00 per package fee that will have to be collected before we can process the request. You can not call UPS and change the delivery address - any changes need to go through Discount Coffee.com.
