International Shipping

UPS Worldwide                                  

We offer UPS Worldwide Expedited International.  This is the least expensive option that includes all brokerage fees, insurance and tracking.  It is also very FAST - only 1-2 weeks vs the Postal System's 4 to 6 weeks.

If there should be any additional Custom Fees, Duties,Tariffs, or Taxes the added cost will be charged to your payment method on file.  BEFORE ORDERING, please check with your country's Custom requirements to see what product prohibitions or restrictions may apply to your order.  This will help prevent your order from being detained in customs. 

Address Verification:

Please double check your shipping address information before completing your order.  Any corrections will cause an Address Correction and may delay or cancel or shipment. 

Package Intercepts:

Any request that requires UPS to intercept your package such as a change of address, return to sender, reschedule of delivery or HOLD at a UPS location, while the package is in transit will be subject to UPS surcharges.  There is a $20.00 per package fee that will be collected before your Intercept request is processed. You can not call UPS and change the delivery address - any changes need to go through Discount Coffee.com.  Just call (866) 552-6333 or email Mary@DiscountCoffee.com and she can help you with shipping issues.

International Returns:

Product shipped outside the US is not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

US Postal Mail International           

With US Postal Mail International the cost of shipping is much less, however, this shipping method does not cover any Brokerage fees, and offers No Tracking or Insurance.  The estimated delivery time may take 4-6 weeks.  We recommend shipping UPS Worldwide Expedited International to ensure tracking and delivery.

Undeliverable Postal Packages:

Incorrect Addresses, customs, taxes, etc. may be a cause to return your package by the US Post Office.  If your order is returned, your payment method on record will be charged the required fees to reprocess the order and additional shipping cost.  Is is very important to always double check the address information you enter at time of order.

Postal Packages as noted, are not insurable. For that reason we recommend UPS. Packages returned to sender by the Postal Service are Non-refundable. We take great care in properly packaging and addressing each shipment for delivery, but custom offices have been known on occasion to confiscate packages if there are violations..  

Once your order ships, there will be no cancellations, no product exchanges and no refunds as food items once outside the US can't be accepted back into inventory.

Pricing:  All prices on our site are in US Dollars.  If you are a non-US customer, your credit card company will normally convert your order total from US dollars to your local currency on your credit card statement.  You may check the current exchange rate at this site:  www.xe.com.
