As Easy as 1... 2... 3...
You may return any current unopened merchandise, within 15 days of purchase, for a refund less restocking fees.
1. Contact Customer Care at Returns@DiscountCoffee.com or by phone at
(636) 278-1900 (ext 106) to request a return.
2. You will receive your Return Authorization Number for the unopened merchandise and return instructions. Then ship the product back within 30 days of the purchase date to:

3. When the product is received at the distribution center, you will be issued a refund for the product less a 15% restock fee. (Click Here for more details.)
*Please Note these exceptions to the return policy:
All Sales are FINAL on Holiday and Clearance Marked Items.
Opened and/or partial boxes will not be accepted for return.
All products must be received back into the distribution center within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for refund. Discount Coffee does not offer an exchange program.
