Clearance Merchandise:

All Clearance Merchandise Sales Are Final.
All merchandise on clearance will be clearly marked on the website. When purchasing these items please be aware that they are not eligible for refund under any conditions. If you don't like the flavor, quality, etc. there are still no refund privilages for any Clearance merchandise.
Holiday & Special Buy Items:
Items noted as Holiday items or Special Buys are not eligible for return. When purchasing these items please be aware that they are not eligible for refund or return under any condtions.
Refunds/Cancelations:
All current, unopened and unused merchandise is eligible for return within 15 days of purchase. Sales are Final on Holiday and/or Clearance merchandise. There is a restocking fee of 15% that will be deducted from all returns. Merchandise must be received back in the distribution center no later than 30 days from date of purchase. Insuring your return is recommended as merchandise damaged in shipping will not be eligible for refund.
DiscountCoffee.com will process all refunds and cancelations within 7 to 14 business days upon receipt of returned product/services or notification of cancelation. Once a refund is processed by DiscountCoffee.com with the credit card company/PayPal or via check, the time for the funds to return to the customer is dictated by the terms and agreements of the refund method. For example, Credit cards may take up to 21 days to return funds to the customer, checks are mailed via the US Postal service and PayPal refunds are subject to PayPal’s terms and agreements.
Pricing Errors:
DiscountCoffee.com reserves the right to cancel orders arising from pricing or other error for any reason, without notice to the customer. Reasonable effort will be made via email to contact effected customers, however, DiscountCoffee.com is not responsible for email transmission errors, spam filters, etc. There may be times you will not receive a notice despite our best efforts.
Invalid Coupon Codes, Promo Codes, Discount Codes and/or Gift Certificate Codes:
Coupon Codes, Promo Codes, Discount codes and/or Gift Certificate Codes that are invalid, unauthorized, expired, or fraudulently submitted will be charged back to the credit card on file for the customer submitting the order, regardless of the transaction submission process. All coupon codes by DiscountCoffee.com have expiration dates. The shopping cart may take a submitted coupon code that is invalid, however the order is not final until validated at which point the customer is emailed a customer confirmation from Customer Service. PayPal orders will be canceled/voided and an email through the PayPal system will be sent to the customer informing them to reorder. DiscountCoffee.com is not responsible for email transmission errors. Manufacturer coupons are not accepted by DiscountCoffee.com.
Coupon Code Redemption Instructions:
First ADD Products to your shopping cart.
When you're ready to CHECK OUT:
1. Enter your Coupon Code Number in the designated box
2. Click Apply Coupon button.
3. Your Coupon will automatically be deducted from your order.
It's As Easy As 1...2...3.
NOTE: The order amount is reduced by the Coupon amount and this may impact the original Free Shipping Value on the Order.
Multiple Address orders:
Please note for billing purposes each order with multiple Ship To addresses will be processed as separate transactions on your credit card. Each Ship to address is processed as an individual order to allow for different shipping methods for each order. For example: One address is getting under $50 and shipping cost is required, while the Second address is getting over $50 and shipping is free - in each case the order will be processed seperately on your credit card statement. Another example: One order is going to a Military address and must go USPS Postal Mail, while the second order is going to Texas and can ship UPS Ground.
UPS Delivery Fraud Prevention Policies:
UPS must be able to deliver to the address on your Internet Order. Signatures are required on all UPS deliveries to a business address or Expedited Shipments.
Address routing changes and UPS Facility pick up requests are not allowed and will result in your order being returned. You will then be responsible for all shipping fees, return fees and intercept fees charged by UPS.
48 Hour Damaged Shipment / Missing Product Notification Requirement:
Reports of damaged or missing product will only be considered if reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of initial receipt of package. All claims beyond 48 hours will not be honored. Please contact Customer Service within 48 hours to begin any claim process.

Returned Check Policy:
All returned checks will incur a $35 processing fee PLUS all legal fees.
