International Shipping Options

We Ship Via UPS

UPS Worldwide Expedited* (2 - 5 business days)                                  

Very FAST - only 2-5 Days versus the USPS Postal delivery of 6-10 days.
UPS Worldwide Expedited is also the least expensive of the UPS shipping options, and it includes all brokerage fees, insurance and tracking.  

If any Custom Fees, Duties, Tariffs, or Taxes are determined to be due, the funds will be collected at the time of delivery. Please note, we do not force you to Pre-Pay as it is not always the best option.  In fact, it is almost always to your advantage "not" to Pre-Pay duties, tariffs or taxes, as not all shipments are assessed and you would in effect have over paid.  UPS will collect the appropriate fees when delivering your package as determined by the customs broker at the point of entry.

Before Ordering, please check with your country's Custom requirements to see what product prohibitions or restrictions may apply to your order.  This will help prevent your order from being detained in customs. 

Address Verification:

Please double check your shipping address information before completing your order.  Inaccurate Addresses will result in your order being returned to for Additional Shipping Charges of 30% and a Restocking Fee of 15%. 

Package Intercepts:

Any request that requires UPS to intercept your package (such as a change of address, return to sender, reschedule of delivery or HOLD at a UPS location) while the package is in transit will be subject to additional fees. Fees are per package and are due upon initiation of the change order and payment will be collected before we can process your intercept request.

International Returns:

Product shipped to international destinations are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

USPS Priority Mail International* (6-10 business days)           

With USPS Priority Mail International; you will save on shipping costs, as this shipping method does not include Brokerage fees or some Services.  Package Insurance is available and there is Limited Tracking.  The estimated delivery time is 6-10 days.  Customs, Brokerage and other events may factor into a longer actual delivery time.  We recommend shipping UPS Worldwide Expedited International to ensure tracking and delivery.

Undeliverable Postal Packages:

Inaccurate Addresses, customs restrictions, taxes, etc. may be a cause to return your package by the US Post Office.  International orders are non-refundable so it is very important to always double check the address information you enter at the time of order.

Postal Packages as noted, are not insurable. For that reason we recommend UPS. Packages returned to sender by the Postal Service are Non-refundable. We take great care in properly packaging and addressing each shipment for delivery, but custom offices have been known on occasion to confiscate packages if there are violations.  

Once your order ships, there will be no cancellations, no product exchanges and no refunds; as food items once outside the US cannot be returned.

International Shipping Rules

Order Verification:  The security of our customer's information is important to us.  We reserve the right to verify all order details prior to order processing.  This includes the use of third party data resources as well as our own internal security, information and verification procedures.  Addresses that do not verify will create a potential shipping delay and possible order cancellation. In the event your order is canceled, we will make all reasonable attempts to notify you via email.

Pricing:  All prices on our site are in US Dollars.  If you are a non-US customer, your credit card company will normally convert your order total from US dollars to your local currency on your credit card statement.  You may check the current exchange rate at this site:
