UPS

UPS is one of our standard shipping methods for the 48 contiguous states and International.
All customers that supplied a valid email during ordering will receive a tracking confirmation email directly from UPS.
Be sure to add quantumviewnotifiy@ups.com to your list of allowed emails, to ensure that this email is not blocked by a spam filter.
You can track your order directly from “My Account”, if you established an account prior to final checkout.
You can also track your order directly from the email provided by UPS.

USPS

USPS is one of our standard shipping methods for AK, HI, PR, VI and all US Territories, US Military, Canada, and International. 
All customers that supplied a valid email during ordering will receive a tracking confirmation email directly from USPS.
You can track your order directly from "My Account", if you established an account prior to final checkout.
You can also track your order directly from the email provided by USPS.
Postal Packages ship daily from our warehouses.

International Postal shipments are non-refundable once shipped.

Guest Order Tracking

Tracking information for orders placed when checking out as a Guest are still available:
     1.  The email sent to you from the shipping carrier.
     2.  Contact CustomerService@DiscountCoffee.com .
     3.  Contact us using Live Chat - or Help.

Undeliverable Packages

This is very uncommon, but does occur. When a carrier returns an undeliverable package to DiscountCoffee.com, we will contact the “Bill To” Customer. You may request to re-ship the package for the current shipping cost and any return fees incurred. You may also request a refund; the refund will be less the actual shipping cost and the incurred return shipping fees. If the package is returned to us after the 30 day refund period, the order is no longer eligible for return.

Most common causes of undeliverable packages are:
Incorrect “Ship To” address entered on order.
PO Box entered for a UPS delivery.
Package Restrictions and Prohibitions.
Failed Delivery Attempts; No one there to accept the package.
Refused by Recipient.

Incorrect Address - If the address is incorrect, UPS will attempt to correct the address. If UPS can find the correct address, they will continue with the delivery. There will be Additional Fees charged back to the customer in this event. Fees are calculated based on weight, dimension, delivery zip code, and number of packages.  Delivery dates will be delayed in the event of an incorrect address.

If a USPS Address is incorrect, and if the package is returned to us in a timely manner, additional fees may be requried.  If the return is after the refund period then those orders cannot be refunded. The order can be reshipped at the current rate of shipping and payment of any return fees.

To remove an outdated or incorrect address from your account, please log into "My Account" amd update your information within the Address Book section.

NO PO Boxes – UPS and USPS cannot make deliveries to a Post Office Box. Please do not enter a Post Office Box as an address. If you choose not to have items delivered to your home, you can have them delivered to your place of employment, your neighbor, etc. so long as this is acceptable to the recipients.

Failed Delivery Attempts
UPS will make three attempts to deliver your package. Packages that contain more than $400 of merchandise will require a signature. All packages to a Company will require a signature. Signature requirements for a home delivery are at the discretion of the UPS Driver. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after 3 attempts, the package will be returned. UPS will leave a Note on the business or home owners door letting them know of the attempted delivery and providing them with a phone number to contact them to arrange delivery.

USPS will make one attempt to deliver your package.  If the address is incorrect it will be returned.  The customer may or may not be notified by USPS of the failed delivery.  DiscountCoffee.com will contact the buyer if the item is received back as a failed delivery.  The buyer does incur the fees associated with the failed delivery and may have the fees deducted from any available refund, or charged for the fees in the event of a re-shipment of the order. 

Refused by Recipient
In the event an order is refused by the recipient, the package will be returned to us. The Purchaser will incur the added fees of the return and any added fees to reship the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to let the appropriate people know of the delivery in order to avoid this type of a return. If you are sending your order as a gift, you may want to let the recipient know that there is a surprise on the way, so they do not refuse the delivery.
